How do you ensure plants survive during shipping?

We use specialized, eco-friendly packaging designed to lock the pot in place and protect the foliage. Each plant is hydrated before dispatch and shipped via express couriers to minimize time spent in transit.

What is your 'Arrive Alive' guarantee?

We guarantee that every plant will arrive in healthy condition. If your plant is damaged or dies within 30 days of arrival, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you provide care instructions for each plant?

Yes, every order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips to help your new greenery thrive.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once a plant has been packed for transit, we are unable to make changes to ensure the health of the live specimen.

Are your pots and planters included with the purchase?

All plants are shipped in standard nursery grow pots. However, we offer a wide selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta planters that can be added to your order at checkout.
