At Local Nursery, we want your home and garden to flourish. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-living items within 30 days or report issues with live plants within 48 hours of delivery.

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that tools or decor are secure and live plants are adequately hydrated for transit.
Ship to the Nursery
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our horticulturists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
